How I moved from Overdrive to Inner Flow
In 2019, I was in a senior leadership role in e-commerce, living in a big Indian city. I had built the life I thought I wanted — yet underneath it, I felt disconnected and unfulfilled.
My body began to speak louder- through pain, exhaustion, and symptoms I could no longer ignore. I landed in the emergency room seven times in 18 months before I finally stepped back. (Years later, I was diagnosed with endometriosis—a condition that affects one in ten women and often goes undiagnosed for over a decade.)
That year, at 32, I took my first real pause. What began as a one-month break turned into a 20-month journey. As the pandemic unfolded, I found myself in a South Indian ashram, where I met my spiritual teacher. Since then, I’ve been crafting a life rooted in alignment, nature, and cyclical wisdom.
Today, this is the path I walk — and hold space for others to explore.

The Work We Do Together
Each woman’s path is different. We move at your pace — toward steadiness, trust, and flow.

Often, there’s a quiet knowing: there must be a steadier way to live.
Sometimes it shows up as PMS, fatigue, hormonal swings, or emotional overwhelm.

The body holds the signals.

Our work is to listen — and follow what’s ready to unfold.

We draw from:
Menstruality wisdom & cycle awareness
Nervous system regulation & somatic inquiry
Focusing, inner child work, and mindfulness
Vedic spiritual frameworks (Advaita Vedanta), for those drawn to it

Why InnerFlow
I created InnerFlow by Spandana to hold space for women who know there’s more—more truth, more clarity, more wholeness.
This work weaves menstruality, modern psychological tools, and Vedic spiritual wisdom into a living practice.
It’s a space to reconnect with your body’s intelligence and come home to who you already are—with self-trust, presence, and flow.
